S. Michael Edwards:
Mr. Edwards has served as a technology and training consultant for over 16 years. While serving as Requirements Manager & Site Manager for Verizon’s Voice Over IP product, VoiceWing™, he was responsible for writing the requirements & managing the implementation of new functionality for their customer-facing Online Ordering website and internal Call Center Ordering Tool website. As a Senior Training Consultant, Mr. Edwards has designed and developed both online and offline training for various high tech companies including Dell Computers, Verizon, Primedia Workplace Learning, and Countrywide Home Loans.Cade Herzog:
Mr. Herzog has a background in technology publishing, has served as Director of Business Development among other key roles for Match.com and managed his own performance marketing company for three years before joining OPM. Relevant experience includes crafting strategic partnerships with well-known internet brands, building online sales using a broad variety of resources and working within budgetary and technology constraints to achieve goals.Jeff Rudluff:
Mr. Rudluff begain his career by designing and developing early proto-types of GTE/Verizon SuperPages®, establishing the Internet as a sales and customer service channel within GTE/Verizon, and as Vice President of Product, he led Match.com's online dating product through the explosive growth years. Relevant experience includes designing cost-effective products and services that drive customer demand and service via the Internet.
