While I was doing so research on a potential new client I noticed something, the display URL has moved for the top 3 ads:
As you can see from the above screen shots the display URL has moved from being under the description lines to under the headline. You can see the way it used to look at some of my older blog posts with screen shots of ads: Google Showing the Display URL in AdWords Headline, Capitalization in AdWords Headline Display URLs and Google’s Headline Changes: No Punctuation Needed for Headline Changes.
Obviously this is a slight change that the user probably will not even notice, most of the people that do paid search for a living didn’t notice the change. Either way I find it note worthy, I just wish I knew when the change happened so I could do comparable analysis to see if there’s been an effect on the CTR or conversions.
