Owner & Co-Founder
Jeff Rudluff formed a team of Digital Rock Stars, known as Online Performance Marketing, in January 2006. Rudluff brings broad experience in designing cost-effective products and services that drive customer demand and service via the Internet. Jeff believes in making digital marketing easy while developing Digital Rock Stars within the organization. Prior to forming the agency, Jeff broke new ground by designing and developing early proto-types of GTE (Verizon) SuperPages and Superpages.com. He developed the strategy for all GTE (Verizon) online initiatives, including establishing the Internet as sales- and customer- service channels, and online billing. Jeff brought his Internet experience to Match.com® where as Vice President of Product he led the online dating service through the explosive growth years. Jeff is the President of DFWSEM, the Dallas area Search Engine Marketing organization that brings together top local SEO and Paid Search thought leaders for monthly meetings. Further, Jeff serves Team Networking in various capacities from Leading the Plano Chapter in 2010-2011 and serving on the marketing committee. Jeff Rudluff graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Management Information Systems. Jeff enjoys travel, food, and family.
Co-Founder & Vice President Of Paid Search
Michael Edwards co-founded Online Performance Marketing in January 2006. Michael took responsibility for managing AdWords early in his role and eventually earned the Google Premier Partner badge for the agency. With years of training and development, as well as consulting experience, Michael can solve business problems with digital marketing tools, and he serves as a catalyst for client growth. Most notably, he was able to increase a client’s sales by 3,500% in a 10-month period, growing their digital investment from $300K to $10MM+ annually. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Michael graduated from Wayland Baptist University, with a Bachelor degree in Occupational Education and Training. Michael’s Google certifications include AdWords Search, Display, Video, Mobile, and Shopping. Michael received his coaching credentials from Ultimate Coach University and is a Predictive Index Analyst and Certified Living As A Leader Facilitator. Michael enjoys fashion, traveling, and coaching others to pursue their dreams.
Vice President, Business Development
Linda White joined Online Performance Marketing in September, 2009, creating the new position of Business Development Director. She brings her rock star mentality to the OPM sales and account management team. Her sales management & marketing experience working in the online learning and publishing technology fields have been vital in providing great results for our rock star clients. In her prior agency experience, she worked on developing full marketing strategies for her clients. Prior to joining OPM, Linda spent 15 years in publishing, working in the education, corporate, and trade markets. She spent eight of those years in the computer publishing industry, developing strategic programs across multiple brands for national retailers such as CompUSA, Fry’s Electronics, Barnes & Noble, Office Depot, Costco and Sam’s Club. Additionally, she ran national sales forces, as well as developed national service marketing programs. Linda graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing, and is on the Board of the American Advertising Federation(AAF) in Dallas. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her kids, her family and friends.
Manager, Social Media & Content Marketing
Anne Arneson is the Media and Content Marketing Manager at Online Performance Marketing. Anne joined the agency in 2014 after working for over 15 years at Neiman Marcus Direct as an SEO Specialist, Circulation Manager and Content Writer. One of her responsibilities while there was managing the mailing of the iconic Neiman Marcus “Christmas Book.” Anne attended Duke and Southern Methodist Universities and received a BBA in Marketing from SMU. In her free time, she enjoys watching baseball, volunteering at her church, and relaxing with her family, friends, and four pets.
Manager, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Daniel Thomason joined Online Performance Marketing in January 2015 and serves as the head of our SEO team. Before joining OPM, Daniel worked primarily in E-commerce where he developed a wide range of skills including: content creation, penalty removal, copywriting, UI/UX, redesign/relaunch, community building, and other digital skills. Daniel is a graduate of the University of North Texas and enjoys competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting, playing with his dogs, and attending concerts and events throughout the city.
Diana L. Carroll
Manager, Website Design & Development
Diana Carroll joined OPM in September, 2016 and is the Digital Project Manager for all website design and development. Prior to joining OPM, Diana served as the Marketing Communications Manager for JPS Health Network and the Creative Services Manager for Anderson Hanson & Blanton Advertising. Through her extensive experience in both agency and in-house settings, Diana has developed a plethora of skills including graphic design, copywriting, marketing communications and project management. She attended Dallas Baptist University and the Art Institute of Houston and is currently working to earn her Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute®. In her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her five nieces and nephews.
