Jeff Rudluff formed a team of Digital Rock Stars, known as Online Performance Marketing,(OPM), in January 2006. Rudluff brings broad experience in designing cost-effective products and services that drive customer demand and service via the Internet. He continually develops new business for the agency. Jeff steers the digital team by conceiving, developing, and implementing its core competencies, which includes Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), media buying, affiliate programs, social marketing, and development and emerging technologies within the Internet channel. Jeff believes in making digital marketing easy while developing Digital Rock Stars within the organization. Prior to forming OPM, Jeff broke new ground by designing and developing early proto-types of GTE (Verizon) SuperPages and Superpages.com. He developed the strategy for all GTE (Verizon) online initiatives, including establishing the Internet as sales- and customer- service channels. He also created billing for both residential and business customers in the National Marketing Organization. Jeff brought his Internet experience to Match.com® where as Vice President of Product he led the online dating service through the explosive growth years. He integrated Match.com with AOL®, MSN®, and other partners. As Vice President of New Product Development, Jeff led the successful expansion of services to include, video, voice, and wireless. Jeff serves on the board of DFWSEM, the Dallas area Search Engine Marketing organization that brings together top local SEO and Paid Search thought leaders for a monthly meeting. Further, Jeff serves Team Networking in various capacities from Leading the Plano Chapter in 2010-2011 and serving on the marketing committee. Jeff Rudluff graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Management Information Systems.
Michael Edwards co-founded Online Performance Marketing in January 2006. Michael took responsibility for managing AdWords early in his role, and eventually he grew the AdWords Qualified team of digital rock stars at OPM. With years of training and development, as well as consulting experience, Michael can solve business problems with digital marketing tools, and he serves as a catalyst for client growth. Most notably, he was able to increase a client’s sales by 3,500% in a 10-month period, growing their digital investment from $300K to $10MM+ annually. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Michael graduated from Wayland Baptist University, with a Bachelor degree in Occupational Education and Training, and he received his coaching certification from the highly regarded Ultimate Coach University. Michael enjoys fashion, traveling, and coaching others to pursue their dreams.
Ryan Metzger joined the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) team at OPM on March 23, 2015. Ryan is a graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas. His area of studies included: Digital Marketing Product & Brand Management, Marketing Research, Marketing Management & Decision Making and Social Media Marketing. He is a Richardson native, music and movie buff, enjoys cooking and going to the dog park.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Bill Allen is a cross functional SEO Rock Star and internet marketing professional with more than 15 years experience in various aspects of e-commerce and website marketing in automotive, hospitality, online retail and B2B. In previous roles Bill worked with the likes of Ford, Acura, Toyota, Marriott, Omni Hotels and Rydges Hotels & Resorts. Bill’s online marketing experience spans Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Website Analytics, Email Marketing and Social Media. He enjoys seeing all these channels come together to work towards a client’s marketing goals.
Joining our SEO team in January 2015, Daniel Thomason is a true T-shaped Rock Star marketer, bringing a wealth of experience across disciplines. Having spent the majority of his career in ecommerce, he offers a fresh perspective and new solutions to the challenges our clients face. While skilled in all aspects of SEO – from content creation to penalty removal – Daniel’s background also includes copywriting, UI/UX, redesign/relaunch expertise, community building, and other digital skills that work in concert to give our clients the best possible results. A lifelong Dallas resident and graduate of the University of North Texas, Daniel enjoys competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting, playing with his dogs, and attending concerts and events throughout the city.
Social Media and Content Marketing
Alex Walton joined the Digital Rock Star Team at Online Performance Marketing in 2013. Alex is an SEO specialist and is in charge of all content, office resource management, DFWSEM communications and many of the day to day operations. He is also an expert in Conductor and Bright Local SEO platforms. Alex also make sure all the employees are happy by meeting their dietary needs. He always makes sure the office is a happy rock star environment. To quote Alex, “I am Sales Force King!! Roar!” Prior to joining Online Performance Marketing, Alex was with Cox Enterprises for 17 years. Beginning with CableRep Advertising, Alex managed various national advertising campaigns and promotional events for various cable networks such as ESPN, Fox Sports, TNT, MTV, and Lifetime Networks. In his spare time, he also defined the agency’s budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and profitability objectives. After seven years, he transferred to the communications division of Cox Enterprise, Cox Communications, and joined the marketing team for 10 years. Alex negotiated marketing partnership contracts, access agreements, and revenue-sharing agreements. He received national recognition for forecasting, leading sales performance, and client relationships. He is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Business Management. Alex enjoys running marathons, mountain biking, scuba diving, cooking and photography.
Nikki Stalcup joined our Digital Rockstar team as an SEO Specialist in January 2016. Finding herself more on the ‘creative’ side, rather than the ‘technical’, Nikki promotes SEO and Social Media Marketing clients core business through fresh, engaging, and high-quality content to boost overall online presence as well as manages all Social Media Marketing campaigns. After graduating from Texas Christian University in December 2014, and prior to joining our team, Nikki worked as an SEO Analyst and Project Manager at ReachLocal where she was responsible for for managing 30+ SEO Campaigns. In her spare time, you can find Nikki practicing yoga, writing, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Zeus.
Adrian T. Fisher
Prior to joining OPM, Adrian Fisher spent 16-plus years in interactive marketing & design, developing his skills on projects to include: brand design/development, brand marketing, direct mail and email marketing, website design & development, UI/UX Design and collateral design. He began his interactive design career working on projects for Brinks Inc., Citgo, Sprint PCS, Match.com, JC Penny, Exxon Mobile, T.G.I.F., Brinker & Dell just to name a few. Adrian gained his knowledge first hand beginning with learning HTML writing code in NotePad programming and designing for dial up connections back when AOL was mailing out CD-ROMs offering free internet hours. In his free time, Adrian hangs out at the local firing range, working in his church, reading, swimming, staying fit in the gym, and spending time with his friends and family.
Linda White joined Online Performance Marketing in September, 2009, creating the new position of Business Development Director. She brings her rock star mentality to the OPM sales and account management team. Her sales management and marketing experience working in the online learning and publishing technology fields have been vital in providing great results for our rock star clients. In her prior agency experience, she worked on developing social media strategies and implementing search engine optimization programs for her clients. Prior to joining OPM, Linda spent 15 years in publishing, working in the education, corporate, and trade markets. She spent eight of those years in the computer publishing industry, developing strategic programs across multiple brands for national retailers such as CompUSA, Fry’s Electronics, Borders, Barnes & Noble, Office Depot, Costco and Sam’s Club. Additionally, she created and ran national sales forces, as well as developed national service, sales and marketing programs, including strategic development of co-op advertising for large national retailers. Linda consistently showed increases in overall productivity among her client base, whether managing directly or through her team. She moved into the online learning environment with Pearson Education and on to the Corporate Online Training market with McGraw Hill, and subsequently left publishing to move into marketing. Linda graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing.
